RHCC has partnered with Vanco Services, LLC to provide you the opportunity to make electronic donations to the church directly from your checking or savings account.
Who should use the RHCC electronic payment system?
In short, you can use this facility anytime you would otherwise write a check to the church. Simply note the purpose of your payment, and submit it. If we have any questions about your payment, we’ll contact you to be sure that we understand your intent.
If you would like to set up an automatic, recurring payment plan to satisfy your ongoing pledge to the church, this is an ideal way to do it. Simply set up your donations to automatically occur weekly or monthly, and you’ll never have to remember to write a check for the rest of the church year! You’ll also have an online record of all giving, so that you can easily keep track of all of your church payments.
If you are going to be away for a short time and want to remain current on your giving, you can use electronic giving to make your donations while you are away, either on a recurring plan, or on an ad hoc basis.
If you want to contribute to a special offering appeal, this is an ideal way to make that one-time donation. Just specify the offering to which you are donating (e.g., One Great Hour of Sharing, Neighbors in Need, Haiti Earthquake Relief, Thanksgiving offering, etc.)
You can pay for your scrip purchases online. Send in your scrip order via email (to firstname.lastname@example.org), and then make your payment online.
If you need to make a payment for any special situation – a wedding deposit, a donation to light the church tower, or perhaps a gift in memory of a recently deceased member - this is a convenient way to do it.
You will need to register (i.e., “create a profile”) if you are setting up a recurring payment. But even if you are only making a one-time payment, it probably makes sense to register your account. This way, the system will be able to keep a running log of your payments, and you won’t have to look up your bank account information every time you want to take advantage of this payment method.

If you would prefer not to set up your recurring donation online (although this is the recommended approach for those with internet access), you may print out the authorization form, fill in the appropriate information, and submit it to the church office.
