Stonewall Speakers

On November 23rd we welcomed two members of Stonewall Speakers for a second hour panel discussion.  Stonewall Speakers is a program of Connecticut Stonewall Foundation, Inc., and is a speaker’s bureau comprised of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their allies.  Representatives have spoken to a wide variety of groups including churches. 

The participants who visited with us shared their personal stories and answered a wide ranging series of questions from the 70 plus individuals who stayed for the second hour.  It was a truly unique opportunity to hear a different perspective about spirituality, social justice, and what it means to be gay.
