The Rev. Barbara Libby resides in New Haven, CT where she has lived for the past 18 years while serving as an Interim/Transitional pastor throughout the Connecticut Conference of the United Church of Christ. She was ordained by the Fairfield West Association of the CT Conference of the UCC at the Ridgefield Congregational Church in 1990, the same year she graduated with her Masters of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School.

Barbara grew up in New Hampshire, and received her BA degree in Religion and Philosophy from Bates Colleges in 1972. She has one daughter, Sarah, who also resides in New Haven.

Barbara has served as an Interim Pastor in numerous different settings over the course of her ordained ministry, including both local churches and as an Interim Regional Minister for the CT Conference. Prior to her call in March, 2009 as full-time Interim Senior Pastor of the Rocky Hill Congregational Church, she most recently served as the interim pastor at the Mystic Congregational Church in Mystic, CT.
